Expansion leads to relocation
We are pleased to announce that we have relocated to new offices at Sugnall Business Centre as part of its ongoing expansion.
The move will make use of new, larger office and separate client meeting room at Sugnall, as our team of 7 gear up to celebrate 10 years since director Andrew Ward started the business in September 2006.
Andrew and recently-appointed co-director Anthony Harte have capitalised on their strong credentials in the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) which has seen them deliver more than one million square feet of space for major retailers across the UK.
Andrew Ward explains: “Our expertise in the BIM arena has played a big part in our success to date. Using Building Information Modelling allows clients to drastically reduce the construction and lifecycle costs of new build and refurbishment projects – it effectively allows us to build and test a virtual model of any building, harvest all the data from it, and correct any errors before any of the construction team set foot on site.”
He adds: “The government now requires all centrally procured public sector construction projects to be built using BIM at Level 2 and our long-standing experience and credentials in this area have been key to our growth.”
Explaining the move to new premises, Andrew says: “We have outgrown our premises at Dunston and I am pleased to have the opportunity to relocate the company to the Eccleshall area, which has been a long term aim. The new James and Ward office at Sugnall Business Centre provides us with space to grow as well as additional meeting space for our growing client base.”
